Highlights Include:

• New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania forms: corrects the computation of “weeks” for printing SUI Wages when some of the employees do not have SUI Wages.
• Magnetic Media: greatly enhances the speed of displaying Payers
  on the State Magnetic Media screen.
• 3rd Party Import: corrects an error that occurs if there is no Payer State (code 322) for a Payer.
• 3rd Party Import: corrects an error that imports a previous return's dollar amount into the next return that has no such field.
• Federal 943 Line 7: corrects the 1-cent rounding error.
• Federal 940EZ Line 6: corrects the 1-cent rounding error.
• W-2 Universal Form: corrects an issue with some printers and envelopes where non-address data is showing through the window.

Download/Install Instructions:

• From the File Download screen that displays, select Save to disk.
  (Remember where you save the file.)
• Click Close on the Download Complete screen.
• Click Start | Run and then browse to find the update file.
• Click Open or double click the update file.
• Click OK to begin the update.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

For Network Users: The update has to be installed on both the server and the workstation. Always install the update on the server first, then the workstations.
